- 1 container of Willow Tree Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Sweet potatoes
- Ranch dressing
- Steamed broccoli
- Green onions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Prick each washed sweet potato several times with a fork. Bake until soft, about 45 min.
- To assemble, slice sweet potatoes in half. Stuff with Willow Tree Buffalo Chicken Dip, greens of choice and drizzle with ranch dressing.
