We do not recommend microwaving our frozen pies. Please see the back of our packaging for specific cooking instructions as cooking times vary by pie size. Our frozen pies should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

We hold high standards for cross-contamination prevention and allergen control. All major food allergen ingredients are listed in the ingredient list on every container and will be noted in the “Contains” statement. Major food allergens include eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, shellfish (crustacean), soy, tree nuts and wheat.

Our recipes change from time to time, so we encourage you to check both the ingredient list and “Contains” statement each time you buy a product.

We understand that consumers have questions and concerns about how and why antibiotics are used to treat and prevent disease in livestock and poultry. The chicken producers we use adhered to strict government regulations regarding antibiotic use and the administration of antibiotics is only one FDA-approved tool to keep chickens healthy.

We also offer all natural, antibiotic-free frozen chicken pies, which are available in 8oz and 26oz sizes.

Our Chicken Salad purchased from a service deli is good for 3-5 days when held at proper refrigeration temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our “Sell By” date is used to inform consumers of the shelf lives of our products so that they will know how long they can expect their products to last. We recommend you consume our packaged chicken salads and frozen pies 3-5 days after the Sell By date.

For over thirty years, Willow Tree has partnered with the same USDA-approved turkey farm to provide our premium-quality Thanksgiving and Easter turkeys. Our turkeys are not in a confined pen and are able to go outside, walk around and stretch their wings.

Willow Tree believes in the humane treatment of animals. It’s the right thing to do, and it plays a key role in the quality of our food. The only way to deliver quality food is to follow quality procedures, which includes how farm birds and animals are raised and processed.

While the chickens we use are not certified cage-free, Willow Tree purchases chickens only from farms that comply with industry guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The company periodically visits each of the farms to inspect them to ensure that the flocks are well maintained and in compliance with all health and safety standards.
