🎉✨ Ring in the New Year with these elegant Willow Tree-Filled Phyllo Cups! They’re festive, easy to make, and guaranteed to impress your guests.
Ingredients
🎉1 pack of mini phyllo cups (pre-made, available in the freezer aisle)
🎉1 cup Willow Tree chicken salad
🎉1/3 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
🎉Fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Bake the phyllo cups for 3-5 minutes to give them a slight crisp and warmth. Let them cool slightly before filling.
3. Using a small spoon, fill each phyllo cup with about 1 tablespoon of Willow Tree chicken salad.
4. Sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds on top of the chicken salad for a burst of color and tangy sweetness.
5. Finish with a small whole parsley leaf for a fresh and vibrant touch.
