- Willow Tree Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Pepper jack cheese, shredded
- Green peppers, diced
- Red onion, diced
- Button mushrooms, sliced
- Lightly brush both sides of 2-4 pitas with olive oil and coat evenly.
- Place directly onto grill for 1-2 minutes to heat pita.
- Remove from grill.
- Spread Willow Tree Buffalo Chicken Dip evenly onto pitas.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with green peppers, red onions and sliced mushrooms.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes with cover closed, until cheese is melted and pitas are crisp. Serve and enjoy!
