Ingredients
- Willow Tree Classic Chicken Salad
- Hearty wheat bread
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Kale, shredded
- Garlic, minced
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Toast two slices of bread.
- Sauté mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and minced garlic.
- Once mushroom start to soften, add shredded kale; cooked until kale becomes slightly wilted.
- Remove pan from heat – set aside.
- Spread Willow Tree Classic Chicken Salad onto toast.
- Finish with sautéed mushrooms and kale.
