Looking for a delicious and festive side dish for Thanksgiving? Try Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Stuffed Acorn Squash! 🥗🎃
Ingredients:
Willow Tree Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad
Grapes, sliced
Celery, diced
Acorn squash
Olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, water
Directions:
1️⃣ Slice grapes and dice celery. Mix with Willow Tree Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad and set aside.
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off acorn squash, remove seeds, and place flesh-side down on a baking sheet with a splash of water. Bake 20 mins.
3️⃣ Turn squash flesh-side up, drizzle with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Bake 15 more minutes until tender.
4️⃣ Let cool, then stuff with the chicken salad mixture. Serve and enjoy! 💛
