🎉✨ Ring in the New Year with these elegant Willow Tree-Filled Phyllo Cups! They’re festive, easy to make, and guaranteed to impress your guests.
Ingredients
🎉1 pack of mini phyllo cups (pre-made, available in the freezer aisle)
🎉1 cup Willow Tree chicken salad
🎉1/3 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
🎉Fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Bake the phyllo cups for 3-5 minutes to give them a slight crisp and warmth. Let them cool slightly before filling.
3. Using a small spoon, fill each phyllo cup with about 1 tablespoon of Willow Tree chicken salad.
4. Sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds on top of the chicken salad for a burst of color and tangy sweetness.
5. Finish with a small whole parsley leaf for a fresh and vibrant touch.

💔 Today, we remember and honor Paul T. Edwards, a cherished member of the Willow Tree family.
🕊️ October 25, 1943 – December 20, 2024
Paul joined Willow Tree in June 1985 and became a beloved presence behind the retail counter for nearly four decades. He retired in March 2023, leaving behind countless memories and friendships with coworkers and customers alike.
Known for his straightforward approach and unmistakable personality, Paul made a lasting impression on everyone who met him. Long-time customers still ask about him, reflecting the impact he had on our community.
Rest in Sweet Peace, Paul. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew you. ❤️
