Work Lunch: Green Goddess Bowl

Ingredients

  • Willow Tree Avocado Chicken Salad
  • Asparagus
  • Brown rice
  • Edamame (shelled)
  • Spinach
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil

 

Directions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package directions, set aside.
  2. Add a large handful of fresh spinach.
  3. Top with a few pieces of baked asparagus.
  4. Add a heaping spoonful of edamame.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon for dressing.
  6. Top with a serving of Willow Tree Avocado Chicken Salad. Serve and enjoy!
