• Willow Tree Classic Chicken Salad
  • 2 lbs. baby red bliss potatoes
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 16oz tub of sour cream
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 package of ranch seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup chopped chives



  1. Slice potatoes in half (or smaller if you prefer).
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cook bacon and crumble.
  4. Stir together sour cream, lemon juice and ranch seasoning.
  5. In a large bowl, combine Classic Chicken Salad and cooked potatoes, then add in sour cream, lemon juice and ranch seasoning mixture.
  6. Top with chopped chives and shredded cheddar.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
