- Willow Tree Spicy Sriracha Chicken Salad
- Rice paper wrappers
- Carrots, grated
- Red pepper, sliced
- Bean sprouts
- ¼ cup soy sauce (for dipping)
- 1 Lime
- Pinch of sugar
- Soak rice paper wrapper in hot water for 10-15 seconds.
- Transfer rice paper to clean surface to fill.
- First add lettuce, then chicken salad, and then carrots, red pepper and bean sprouts.
- Tuck the ends into the center and roll it tightly.
- Combine soy sauce, lime juice and sugar for dipping.
