• Willow Tree Classic Chicken Salad
  • Hearty wheat bread
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Kale, shredded
  • Garlic, minced
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper



  1. Toast two slices of bread.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Once mushroom start to soften, add shredded kale; cooked until kale becomes slightly wilted.
  4. Remove pan from heat – set aside.
  5. Spread Willow Tree Classic Chicken Salad onto toast.
  6. Finish with sautéed mushrooms and kale.
